Rachel, The Boujee Nurse, believes dermatology is the foundation of skin, medically, and to become most competent in assessing skin, this aspect was a crucial place to begin. The other foundational piece to being optimal in non surgical intervention she believes is Plastic Surgery. Experience in this field is a priority in education and learning to better understand anatomy for successful non surgical intervention.

Rachel’s journey began in one of the most prestigious dermatology offices in Denver. She began prepping on her own in aesthetic trainings to set her up for her next opportunity. She went on to achieve many aesthetic certificates, skills, trainings, and opportunities as an aesthetic nurse in a well-known Medical Aesthetics office in Denver. Her true love and focus became injectables. In her last series of medical aesthetic opportunities she joined a well-respected plastic surgeons office.

After working for these specialized Board certified Doctors, a Dermatologist and Plastic Surgeon, Rachel was able to sit for her Boards, to pass and become a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. One of only just under 400 nurses Board certified in Aesthetics in the country.

Rachel began her Nursing career in 2015 & After 8 years practicing as an aesthetic nurse, engulfing herself in each aspect of the medical aesthetic community, she holistically envisioned the perfect combination of specific and important values from each aesthetic field. Her dream and envision was to create her own practice that’s core values are to provide a safe, competent, and pleasurable practice based on these specialized backgrounds.

Rachel strives to stay on top of the latest techniques and practices, continuing education, attending trainings as well as hosting, training, speaking for and, educating other medical professionals. Rachel is a PACE trainer for Prollenium, Revanesse/Versa fillers. She is an active member of groups with her professional medical aesthetic peers where they help one another to be better practitioners and hold one another accountable, such as CAMP and Mile High Masterminds.

When she’s not working Rachel enjoys spending time with family and her 2 chihuahuas, Jules and Uzi. She loves traveling all around learning and seeing about new places and cultures, as well as living an active lifestyle.

Kahle’s passion for aesthetics began when she first picked up a makeup brush at a young age. She began educating herself in skincare, makeup, and application techniques. From weddings, special events, and photoshoots, she took every opportunity to practice and improve her craft. As she progressed, it became clear that medical aesthetics was her calling. She obtained her bachelor’s in Science of Nursing in 2021, where she took advantage of the opportunity to work as a bedside RN in Pulmonary/Thoracic Transplant ICU and outpatient PACU. Kahle understands that a foundational education in medical aesthetics is essential in providing the safest and most artistic care to patients, no matter the setting. With that in mind, she graciously accepted the offer from Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Rachel Ross, in obtaining the necessary education and training. The Boujee Nurse philosophy aligns perfectly with Kahle’s passion and she has never felt more aligned with a brand. Kahle believes that to be successful in aesthetics, continuing education, training in technique, practice and product will allow her to provide the best care to her patients. She desires to provide a space for her patients where they feel safe, educated and confident in their aesthetic journey.
